Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn pairs in original packaging. No restocking fee. Collectibles, Jewelry, Chrome Hearts, Trading Cards, and Electronics are final sale.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. When you start a return below, we'll generate a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund. Defective or incorrect items are always free to return — email us within 48 hours with photos.
Need to swap a size or trade for a different shoe? You can exchange and pay the price difference right here. If the new item costs less, we refund the difference.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, complete the short form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once your request is submitted.
Withdrawal request received
